Belinda Paris Coaching provides career strategy, executive coaching, resume writing, and related advisory services ("Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
Our Services are designed to support and guide you in your career progression. However, the success of these strategies depends heavily on your active participation, the accuracy of the information you provide, and external market conditions. We do not guarantee job placement, interviews, or specific salary outcomes.
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and coaching materials, is the property of Belinda Paris Coaching and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written consent.
5. Payment and Refunds
Payment for coaching packages and services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined during the booking process. Due to the highly personalized and time-intensive nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced or a session has been conducted, subject to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Belinda Paris Coaching be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
